Learning Circles normally meet for about 2 hours at a time, and contain no more than 12 people, so there's plenty of time for everyone to get to know each other. Facilitators help to keep the conversation focused on learning, provide some administration and email reminders between meetings, and usually suggest an article to read or some questions to think about in preparation for each meeting.

The dates of our meetings are determined by the group as are the times. Last year,
we tended to meet on the third Thursday afternoon of the month from 1:00 - 3:00
p.m.
